Headteacher's Welcome

Welcome to Q3 Academy Great Barr. We want every child to feel happy, safe, and ready to learn. When students feel secure and supported, they are able to grow in confidence, enjoy their learning, and make strong progress.

Our approach combines high academic ambition with genuine care for every young person. We want students to experience lessons that are memorable, challenging, and engaging, while also developing the character, resilience, and independence they need for life beyond education.

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: the provision we offer should be good enough for our own children. That expectation shapes the culture of the Academy and helps us keep both achievement and wellbeing in sharp focus.
